Ask HN: Is there a test to determine your chances of getting long Covid?

And if not, why not?

I dont think that "Long Covid" really exists as more than a formal definition of an illness. The cause of the illness, is probably not rigorously known yet. Theres been a lot of specuilation, the way covid impacts the brain, the heart, the lungs etc. But like, how long before there was a formal test to determine your risk of alzheimers?

This is all speculation on my part.
