I have FSD on both of our Teslas and, honestly, it's about fucking time. FSD has always been an aspirational goal, and it's clear that the last mile is only getting longer and more expensive to complete.
FSD should not cost $12k, the package should be account-linked, not vehicle-linked, and owners who paid full price without feeling like they haven't gotten their money's worth should be entitled to a refund of some sort.
This will probably end or significantly curtail Tesla, which will be sad, as the car itself is phenomenal, but its about time they slept in the bed that they made.

Amazing that Tesla hate has become bipartisan.
