Peter Zeihan (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqA5NODRnQI) has said that China will collapse economically b/c there are literally not enough subject experts alive (they've all aged and died off w/o replacement) to maintain their economy. So we wouldn't seem to need a China strategy.
