I had a Claude session going on on my mac on thedesktop app. I also had a separate session on a separate project on my Windows machine, again on Claude Desktop app. Mac session finished a fix for a web app and started testing, to my surprise web site launched on my Windows machine. Any idea why? Is it the remote functionality in play? I don't remember setting it up.
