- If you insult someone in a vague, roundabout way, you'll get upvotes. But it has to be wrapped up in something clever sounding with plausible deniability that it was an insult.
- If someone popular posts in a thread early, do not post anything that doesn't agree with that viewpoint. However, if you post early enough, you can shape the whole thread to your viewpoint, and get plenty of upvotes.
- For some reason, citing stuff like the wikipedia page for "fallacy" or other unhelpful, common knowledge pages is seen as a good thing (see the rule about insulting someone but in a vague way).
